When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of order placement. The shipment will arrive between 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the carrier's availability and location. We apologize for any shipping delays if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delays caused by the carrier's service.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. To know more about our destination lists, please contact us at service@quitebom.com How can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are only allowed no later than 10:00 AM. 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day an order is placed. You can contact us at service@quitebom.com

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some items are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories in the US, Canada and Australia.
