How do I place my order?
To place an order, please follow these steps:
1. Finish adding items to your cart
2. You can choose to proceed to checkout on our website or via PayPal.
· To proceed to checkout on our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
· To proceed via PayPal, click the PayPal button
1. You will be transferred to our customer information page. You will be asked to enter:
· Email Address
· Name
· Address
1. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click the "Apply" button for your discount to be calculated and applied to your order.
2. Continue by clicking the "Proceed to Shipping Method" button. Make sure you have entered the correct shipping address (if different from your billing address). Once everything is ready, click on "Proceed to payment method".
3. You will need to enter your payment details. You can choose to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
4. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete order" button. You will be taken to a screen that displays an order summary along with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via email.

What happens if there are missing or incorrect items when I receive my order?
For missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us at service@quitebom.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size should be under 1 MB). We will gladly send you the correct item at no extra cost and we will not ask you to return the item that was sent to you incorrectly! You can keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details of your purchase.
I want to change my ordered items. What should I do?
You can change your order no later than 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@quitebom.com to request a change.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add items to your shopping cart:
1. Navigate to the page for the item you are interested in and then select your settings for the item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to the "Shopping Cart" page.
2. Enter the number of items you wish to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. Once you have entered a proportion, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.
How do I see what is in my shopping cart?
To see the contents of your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the webpage. When you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity of items you wish to purchase by updating the proportion entered. You can also remove an item from your shopping cart by clicking on the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your shopping cart. Once you have identified the item you wish to remove, click on the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity. This will automatically remove the item and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.
How do I change the quantity of items in my shopping cart?
First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your shopping cart as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of items in your shopping cart, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you have done this, the quantity and associated amount (if applicable) will automatically update to reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and cost listed on the right side of your screen.

What payment options do you have?
We accept four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once you have added items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you can click on the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Make sure to fill in the correct details for fast and hassle-free payment processing.
How do I use a discount code?

To use a promo code, follow these steps:
1. Select the item you want to order and then click on the green "Checkout" button.
2. You will then be transferred to our customer information page on the next page, fill in the corresponding information as needed.
3. You will see a field for "Discount" top right of the page.
4. You must enter the discount code and then click "apply". You must check if the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied in the specification below.

What is your cancellation policy?
Order cancellation is allowed no later than 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that time, you can no longer cancel. You can contact us via service@quitebom.com to request a cancellation.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We are very careful with the information you provide to us when you place an order through our online store (or otherwise). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet standard protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
