Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept cancellations of orders before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Customers are only charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); no restocking fee is charged to consumers for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification of receipt via email. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missed refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@quitebom.com.
